Different kind of recruiter :) I prioritize a personalized approach to candidates above all else. I have worked and recruited across various industries, but the one that I am most proud of is by far the crypto industry.
My background is diverse and I consider that my biggest strength. I worked as recruiter, sourcer and TA specialist across different industries and in the process I had to adapt to every industry and learn something new in every one of them. While keywords in every industry change, all industries have one thing in common: people, NOT keywords, value personalized approach.
