Katherine Holmes is a strategic sourcer dedicated to passive candidate development, competitive intelligence, and finding needles in haystacks. She has spent the past six years working for Lockheed Martin and more recently has decided to return to school for a Masters in HR. She is passionate about recruiting with social media, employment branding, and deploying a seriously creative mind to the hardest searches possible.
