Senior talent acquisition professional, who possesses in-depth experience developing talent acquisition strategies and setting up the talent ecosystem for success. Being part of GroupM talent team, he is currently the talent delivery lead at Choreograph, a data science company owned by WPP. In his current stint, he also takes on the role of Talent Partner for Essence Mediacom North. He has got significant experience in talent partnering, talent programs, operations and has a passion for sourcing using non-conventional methods. He has spearheaded various talent acquisition transformational projects during his career ranging from strategic sourcing to automation in TA.
