Fara Rives is the Global Manager of Strategic Talent Acquisition at Allegis Global Solutions. She is responsible for driving innovative human capital solutions in the areas of Strategic Sourcing, Recruitment Marketing and Diversity & Inclusion by utilizing the latest cutting edge methods and tools. Fara has ten years of combined marketing and recruitment experience, and most notably has built a global shared services team at AGS to drive quality hires through sourcing excellence and talent attraction best practice. She is passionate about building teams and driving innovative sourcing and marketing solutions.
