Elyse Ryan

Elyse Ryan began her career in private investigations, honing her research skills under a former Israeli Secret Services agent. She transitioned to executive recruitment, finding her passion in pharma/biotech sourcing. Her reputation led to her selection as the sourcing proof of concept at Merck, eventually becoming North American Niche Sourcing Team Lead, managing a team of five sourcers. Outside work, she travels NJ for her daughters' sports events or hikes with her Aussie Blueberry.
