Chris is currently CEO of Talent Response, which works to reinvent consultative talent. Since founding Talent Response in 2014, Chris has grown the firm’s client base to over 30 elite consulting and technology firms its network to over 20,000 consultative professionals.
Prior to founding Talent Response, Chris helped build EnerNOC's (NASDAQ: ENOC) product marketing function from the ground up. In addition to evaluating the customer and competitive landscape to inform the product roadmap, Chris also packaged, priced, and positioned EnerNOC’s suite of energy intelligence and machine learning applications.
Chris’ consulting roots were with the boutique firm Norbridge. Clients included many of the world’s leading private equity firms as well as leading energy and transportation companies. Client objectives included go-to-market strategy, commercial due diligence, and litigation support.
As a musician for much of his early career, Chris’ entrepreneurial background was forged as much out of necessity as by design. He founded Choice Music Chicago, which connected Chicagoland orchestral musicians with hundreds of professional performance opportunities. During his Chicago trumpet career, he regularly performed with orchestras such as the Lyric Opera of Chicago and Milwaukee Symphony.
Chris graduated with honors from the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business (MBA) and has a Bachelors and Masters of Music from Northwestern University.
Chris currently serves on the Board of Overseers for Big Brother Big Sister of Massachusetts Bay.
