Cassandra Denny is currently the Talent Acquisition Manager for a software company in Washington. Cassandra has spent the last seven years recruiting on all levels of positions across all functions, spending time at companies such as Concur technologies, Cobalt Group, and Mike’s Hard Lemonade. She has spoken at several local events involving integrating social media into recruitment plans.
During the last year she has focused on building and managing a team, creating direct sourcing strategies, driving management engagement in the recruiting process, and optimizing recruitment processes.
