She leads a team that is tasked with helping the company achieve its aggressive growth targets while also working to evolve its recruiting practices to influence the next generation of recruitment best practices across the industry. To achieve this, her team of industry influencers is focused on attracting and engaging great talent; driving candidate experience and efficient operations; and building innovative recruitment programs. Prior to joining Indeed, she held positions as the director, sourcing & global programs for talent acquisition at Yahoo, and global head of talent acquisition for R&D at Blackberry.
