This doesn’t happen every day.
I wanted to give a big thank you to SourceCon, the presenters, the ERE crew, and most of all you amazing attendees.
You make this conference exceptional. Your thirst for knowledge and seeing the “wow” moments happening before me take me back to my first SourceCon, my first big “real” conference. Your “wow” moments are our “wow” moments. I relive that feeling every time I see a mind blown. The data is out there; you just have to know how to find it.
This picture says it all, a tool, a site, knowledge, an answer, a fix, a hack.
Whatever you were looking for, we hope you’ve found it. I got into recruiting to help people; I never thought I’d be part of something like this or get the chance to meet all of you. Heck, I didn’t even think I’d get past the first round of the Hackathon, but I learned a massive amount from the folks sitting next to me. #mindblown
You guys and gals, you made this conference, and I hope to see your thoughts posted on the SourceCon Facebook Group and see you at future conferences. The first person I met at my first SourceCon was a finalist at the Hackathon. Marc Spiron, it was great to see you in the Sourcers Final Four. It’s outstanding to see that success from others.
Take these ideas and concepts and innovate and create. That’s the trick, find what works best for your team and then elaborate.
I challenge you to blow our minds because I’ve seen so many gears turning, you just have to take hold of it and believe.
To you the attendee, anything is possible if you believe and turn to your #CircleOfSourcing, I’m living proof, and truly humbled.
I’m still a tool guy that gets to talk about tools, but I hope this helps, and happy hunting!
