She has maintained a primary focus on new hire onboarding program design and delivery at both HubSpot and OneTrust. She cares deeply about ensuring onboarding experiences support a strong employee value proposition and activate passion for the company, the culture and the work. Her work also includes leveraging technology to streamline program operations, finding innovate ways to bring learning opportunities to folks, measuring outcomes and impact of learning programs and supporting enablement and education across the employee lifecycle.

With over a decade of experience at leading companies like Ripple, HubSpot and Apple, Nick specializes in leadership development, high-performance, and innovative learning solutions. He started his career as an award-winning entrepreneur in music and arts, and brings creativity and passion to every project. When he's not building leadership models and helping teams thrive, you can find him out on a hike with his wife and dog, Yoshi or recording music in his home base of Portland, Oregon.

Faylís leads with a unique approach and perspective, backed by skills gained from working in nonprofits to enterprise SaaS companies, and managing teams across Customer Success, Marketing, and Creative. She believes the most successful leaders are those who work for their teams as much as they work with them because talent blossoms when given the right conditions to succeed. She's currently on the Brand Awareness Marketing team at Salesforce, but when she's not making cool commercials or advising creative strategy, you'll find her hangin' with her puppy (Luffy Chan) wandering a new city, watching anime with her husband, writing stories, or cooking a tasty new recipe.
