Christina Yuschalk serves as McKibbon Hospitality’s Senior Corporate Recruiter, responsible for leading the company’s associate recruitment and retention strategies and initiatives. Leveraging her passion for people, her knack for social networking and team building, as well as her years of guest service and on-property operational leadership experience, Christina finds and attracts the industry’s top talent and has successfully hired and onboarded hundreds of candidates across various roles and locations. A champion for McKibbon’s culture, she joined the company in 2016 as Assistant General Manager of Hilton Garden Inn Hilton Head before her promotion to General Manager of the property in 2019, overseeing day-to-day operations and a team of 20 associates. In 2022, she brought her training and talent acquisition expertise to McKibbon’s corporate team where she served as Corporate Recruiter until her promotion to Senior Corporate Recruiter in 2023.
