We’re Thankful For Our ERE Family This Thanksgiving

As a company with a distributed workforce (our CEO hates when use the word virtual), the ERE Media team typically relies on our own events for face-to-face interactions with our colleagues. The problem with that is that we’re typically entertaining hundreds of our closest friends in the industry. With so many to entertain and so many things to accomplish at our events, quality time together is limited.

Last week we gathered as a team in Philadelphia. We had productive work conversations, for sure, including an entire afternoon spent discussing our corporate culture – what we like and what we’d change. However, the most meaningful part of the week was spending time with colleagues in a casual environment. Some of the highlights of the week included learning to make pasta with a master chef, learning about Egyptian art at a museum, playing in a drum circle led by a professional percussionist, and eating more food than most of us would typically consume in a month.
