Proclaiming like many other startups that it’ll be “just like a dating site” but for recruiting, Zorce is launching in the UK.
It has been in the works for more than two years. The founder had become increasingly disillusioned with the recruitment industry and what he felt was an emphasis on “sales rather than delivery.” So Zorce developed a new algorithm to match candidates and employers, taking into account things like commute distance, years of experience, expected salary, experience with certain company sizes, notice period, educational experience, and industry knowledge.
