The truth is that if sourcing is one of your tasks at work, you need to be creative. When it comes to searching developers, LinkedIn is very often not enough. What’s interesting, I see more and more developers asking what they can do to make recruiters stop writing to them.

Probably it’s because LinkedIn is the most popular sourcing platform and developers tend to receive the highest numbers of messages or InMails there. Therefore you ask yourself “If I want to look for developers in Poland, where do I look for?” Let me help you here with a list of platforms and places where you can find them. The order is alphabetical.

As you can see most of these platforms are in Polish, therefore, if you don’t have any Pole in your team who could post a job advertisement there, you should stick to English ones only. Moreover, most of this platforms serve mainly for posting job advertisements, but still, some allow sending direct messages, and I hope you’ll find all of them useful.

Of course, there are other places like Behance, Monster, Amazing Hiring, Github and Stack Overflow, but since they’re international, I assume you, as professional sourcers, already know them.
